I would like to inform you about the likely impact the COVID-19 (corona) outbreak might have on the training course you have registered for or are considering to register for. In order to adapt to this new reality, I have made some temporary changes to my training delivery and general terms. I believe this will enable me to better serve you in this time of uncertainty.
How does that impact me?
Planned training courses will take place if possible. If the guidelines and recommendations from the central government and RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) prohibit the training course to take place because of COVID-19 related risks, I will offer the training course as a virtual online course on the same date and time. One week prior to the course I will decide this and communicate it to you. From that moment you have two options:
- Participate in the virtual online training course; or
- Participate in a future physical classroom training course
Update: all training courses till the 1st of June will be converted to virtual online training courses due to a recent government decision.
Please note that you always have the possibility to move your participation to a future course free of charge in case of personal reasons or considerations.
Special offer: 10 hours of free virtual training!
Register before August 31st 2020 for one of my public Scrum.org courses and get a virtual training bundle worth €745,- for free!
What do you think?
The best way to deal with a complex and unpredictable problem is an empirical / agile approach. That’s why I’m providing transparency about my intentions and reach out to you and my other customers to collaborate and gather feedback. That way we can optimize my training delivery to you. So obviously I’m very curious to learn more about your needs, and if the changes described above sufficiently help fulfill your needs.
I have received both requests to offer virtual courses and postpone existing ones. The proposed changes are based on the feedback I have received so far. What do you think of these changes? Or do you have another preference?
I’m looking forward to learn from your feedback. You can share it via the WhatsApp button in the right corner below or the contact form.
